STIX Female Elite Programs are designed to continue the growth and development of passionate female players who aspire to move into the AAA stream and beyond into post-secondary hockey. Ice Sessions incorporate competitive games, team competitions and position specific development in a multi-station environment with strong coaching and leadership.

STIX University is designed for players who have competed in Junior A or collegiate hockey last season. Our goal is to help all players in this program reach the next level in their hockey careers (NHL, WHL, NCAA, USPORTS, Europe), by teaching them to be quicker, stronger, faster and mentally tougher. The program will incorporate skills such as hockey IQ, skating, puck handling, giving and receiving passes, shooting, position specific and individual goalie instruction.
