Our world-class high-performance facility is designed to cater to athletes in a team training environment and to the singular athlete alike. Our coaches take a multisport approach to our programming and develop athletes, not just the player. Our goal is to make a positive impact in our athletes' lives and to help them achieve their goals and find their X factor.
Our coaches are specialized in high-performance sport, strength & conditioning, injury prevention & rehab. We teach not only the how, but also the "why" in athletic development. We realize that fitness and performance are lifelong journeys.

Our programming is accessible to the novice and seasoned player. Supervised by coaches at all times, and all programming is written by NHL strength coaches.
Our elite stream is aimed at those currently playing professional, at the university level or heading into their first year of that level. Athletes who have a strong base to build upon and are looking to build on that to build their game at the next level. At this level athletes should have a strong base to build on as we look to improve their overall athletic profile and performance.
