Brad Bourke

Area Manager, Airdrie

Brad’s coaching philosophy involves creating relationships with those he works with and being a lifelong student of the game. In general, Brad believes if you treat people with respect and if you truly care and believe in them, you’ll get more progression and improvement, thus leading to more success. His goal when working with young student athletes is to develop confidence in them through teaching hard work, commitment and positivity. Ultimately however, Brad’s number one goal is to create a fun environment, as that’s the most important part of sport.

After finishing his minor hockey career with the Onoway Minor Hockey Association Brad went on to play for the St. Albert Raiders Midget AAA team, in the AJHL with the Spruce Grove Saints and St. Albert Steel, in the BCHL with the Merritt Centennials and Price George Spruce Kings, and then with Augustana University in the ACAC.
